Curriculum

The Diver’s Academy International Commercial Diving and Underwater Welding Program includes classroom theory and practical training across all commercial diving disciplines. All of our faculty members are former commercial and/or military divers. The five-month curriculum includes the following course work:

This program focuses on in inland diving, salvage, bridge inspection and marine construction skill set.

Total Practical Experience: 488

Total Program Hours: 720 clock hours

Total Number of Weeks: 20
Total Hours Per Week: 36

Total Number of Months: 5

A clock hour is defined as 50 minutes of instruction in a 60-minute period of time.

School Vacations

The Academy is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
